Experience is the key for coaching. For a Spiritual Life Coach it is essential. Though I am a practicing Roman Catholic, my goal as a Spiritual Life Coach is to seek to guide those who desire more understanding of ways to strengthen their Christian faith, whether Roman Catholic or not. I believe in using Christian principles to assist those in search of a stronger, deeper, and more enduring relationship with God.

I’ve been on this journey for a while. Perhaps a look at some of my blog entries will allow the reader to understand where I am coming from. I have two graduate degrees, a Master of Social Work and a Master of Business Administration.  I am certified as a Board Certified Coach by the Center for credentialing Education and have several other credentials in the counseling and clinical social work fields. Through the years, I have learned ways to apply important and often overlooked spiritual principles to those in situations needing clarity. I most often encourage them to strengthen their bonds with their priests, pastors and within their own church. This website is my attempt to further reach people who are interested in this approach.

In my coaching, I will promote concepts from my own understanding of principles from several of the world’s great Catholic spiritual directors, such as St. Theresa of Avila, Saint John of the Cross, and other key saints.  I also am interested in applying concepts from the Bible, especially the books of Psalms and Proverbs.  I will use these and other materials to increase awareness to find ways for us to locate resources to promote a deeper and healthy spiritual relationship with God.

I have completed the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius and I’ve had spiritual coaching during much of my life, often through the sacrament of confession and also in the Jesuit tradition.

Spiritual Life Coaching will take place by phone and possible individual sessions.
